Admissions (GGSKPHS)

Admission to the school is open to all irrespective of caste, creed and religion. Students seeking admission to various classes are required to get their name registered in the month of January / February / March, preceding the session commencing in April. Students from others schools admitted only if they come from institution affiliated to recognized Boards. They have to appear in the Written Test to qualify for the admission. Admission is on the basis of merit and the number of seats available. Admission of the child to the school will mean an acceptance of rules and regulations of the school. For admission, the students are required to produce a genuine certificate of Date of Birth and School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate of the previous school and Character Certificate from the school last attended along with Aadhaar Card.

Minimum & Maximum Age for Nursery – At least 2.5 to 3 years as on 31st March 2019     

For 1st to 10th classes:

Minimum of 60% of marks in previous class.

Character Certificate of the previous School.

School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate if coming from other school.

e-Punjab certificate generated by previous school.

Migration Certificate for students coming from other Boards (if applicable).

Documents Admission to be submitted with Application Form

• Completely filled Application Form with 3 Photographs
• Birth Certificate as Age Proof of the Child
• Residence Address Proof – Rent Agreement / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Bank Statement etc 
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Copy of ID Card of Sibling (if applicable, for studying in the same school)
• Copy of Medical Certificate or Immunization Chart
• Any other document (as per discretion of school Management)
